Good Study, Good Fellowship, and Good Friends.

Our HomeGroups represent the heart of our church.

Following the model of the early church (Acts 1:8), we encourage our members to join a HomeGroup where we enjoy rich study topics, good fellowship, and sweet friendships. It’s a discipleship environment where, within the context of relationships, we grow in faith together.

Below, you will find an overview of each of our HomeGroups, along with the contact information for the HomeGroup leader. If you would like to join a HomeGroup, you are invited to contact the HomeGroup leader or click the “Join this Group” button to get more information about where they meet and what to expect.

The Armory

The Armory is a new HomeGroup led by Ben Sherman and Brandon Ward centrally located at the Freeman’s house. Please join us for a tasty meal, discussion based teachings and refreshing fellowship. Our hope is that we can dive into the Bible and grow together as believers. We want to welcome everyone to come and join our HomeGroup and together we can reach the next generation.

Tuesdays at 7 pm off University Blvd (Magat Home)

College students, young professionals, and young couples often experience isolation and lack of community during transitional life stages. We provide community by intentionally building relationships, so that those individuals experience the fullness of Christ through love and support offered in Christian community.

Tuesdays at 6:30pm at AwakenChurch

The desire of our group is to create community through shepherding and discipleship. Each trimester we will dive deep into God’s word to allow Scripture to transform our hearts and shape our world view. We will utilize guys and girls Life-Groups throughout the trimester to build deeper relationships and accountability. For the next two trimesters we will be doing a study on the Sabbath and finding rest in God.

Wednesdays at 7 pm at AwakenChurch

The concept of restfully sharing tea together is missing from most Americans’ lives, but we think this practice of being together, listening and sharing, and caring for each other is simple and should happen more often. Join us for tea as we read together, have purposeful discussion, and fellowship.

Fridays at 7 pm in Bartram Springs (Gyle Home)

As growing Christians, we believe the journey towards maturity should be an adventure shared with close friends. As such, we aspire to spend our time together learning about God in fun ways, sharing the occasional meal together, digging deeper into the Bible, and helping one another reach and love our neighbors. We meet in Bartram Springs so it might be a bit of a hike, but we are well worth the trip!

Childcare is available on site.
